Please keep your cake in the fridge until half an hour before serving. Before cutting cake please remove cake toppers, flowers, greenery, wired decorations. In two/three tiered cakes there will be plastic straws in the lower tier to make the cake secure. Refrigerate all leftovers and eat within two days.
Here are so tips on cutting your cake:
Disassemble the cake so you can cut the largest tier first. If you have leftovers the smaller tier is easier to store, so leave that one last.
Cut a 2 inch strip of the cake down the side and lay flat on a cutting board.
Cut the 2 inch strips into 1 inch pieces
